Join us for the South Gippsland Shire Brass Band’s Annual General Meeting on March 26th, 2025, starting at 7:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to catch up on the band’s progress, discuss upcoming events, and hear from our members. To make the evening even more special, the band will perform a few numbers, giving everyone a taste of the music we’ve been working hard on. Don’t miss out on an evening of music, discussion, and camaraderie!
Australia Day - Pound Creek
Join us and the Pound Creek Rural Fire Brigade as we celebrate Australia Day with the local community! Starting at 11:30am, the day kicks off with a flag-raising ceremony, followed by an inspiring guest speaker and a fire safety demonstration. Enjoy the sounds of the South Gippsland Shire Brass Band, participate in raffles with great prizes, and savour a free BBQ lunch with salads, slices, tea, and coffee. Cold drinks will also be available. It's a fantastic day for the whole family—come along, celebrate, and connect with your community!
